Dills Atlantic Giant Pumpkin Seeds

The world's record for size-originator's stock. Huge pinkish or orange fruits for fall display. 50 to 100 pounders are commonly grown. Fertile soil, irrigation, wide spacing (70 or more sq.ft./plant), and limiting each long-vined plant to one fruit commonly result in 200-300 pounders. The current world record is an Atlantic Giant of 1,469 lb. We offer seeds from the originator, Howard Dill of Nova Scotia. Large seed. Large seeds, avg. 1,500-1,700/lb. Avg. yield: 1-2 fruits/plant.

Pumpkin Sugar

Sugar Pumpkins are a small, flattened, globe-shaped variety with a tough skin that is slightly ribbed and bright orange in color. These pumpkins are finely textured with a sweet flesh, which makes them excellent for cooking and processing. We recommend planting these Sugar Pumpkin seeds indoors 3 - 4 weeks before the last spring frost date and then transplant to the garden after all danger of the last frost has passed. You can also plant these seeds directly outdoors in late spring after the last frost danger as past or when the soil temperature is at least 70 degrees. Placing: Full Sun Planting Depth: 1-inch. Spacing: 4-inch. Maturity: 110 Days
